RENTAL NOTES
- No Booking Fee to pay when booking directly with us.
- Arrival 16:00 and departure 10:00 (Covid19 dependant – times may need to alter for additional cleaning)
- We require a 20% deposit payable within 48 hours of a Booking Request. Payment is by Bank Transfer. The balance is due 6 weeks before your booking start date. If there are less than 6 weeks from booking to the start of your stay then we require payment in full at the time of booking.
- A Security bond is required for all bookings of £100 to cover any damages. This will be returned to you within 3 days of your last date booked by bank transfer.
